A 3-time National Champion, 10-time All-American, and once ranked the 6th fastest man in the world at just 22 years old, Charles was on the verge of securing his first professional sponsorship when a devastating quad injury abruptly ended his track and field career. What followed was a period of deep challenge—but ultimately, transformation.
Today, Charles is a nationally recognized speaker and mindset coach who uses his story to help others navigate adversity with purpose. Through keynote presentations and events across the country, he equips audiences with practical tools to build mental resilience, strengthen habits, and create a clear vision for moving forward, personally and professionally.
