Our community's current CHIP is being carried out through 2025 & 2026 by committees; these are led by community partners and local stakeholders helping the community's leaders take strategic next steps to structure health programs, policies, and services that are informed by what we learned from the 2024 needs assessment.

& Nutrition
Goal:
Create a food environment that offers equitable access to safe, healthy, ad affordable good and encourages consumption of healthy foods.

Goal:
Build a strong, connected network of behavioral health and primary care supports so residents can more easily find help, talk openly about mental health, and feel confident navigating local resources.
