After playing collegiate football at the University of Wyoming and Oklahoma State University, Shamiel Gary went on to compete in the NFL with teams including the New England Patriots, Miami Dolphins, and Buffalo Bills.
Since retiring from professional football, Shamiel has drawn from his journey—both on and off the field—to share practical insights on resilience, mental preparation, and overcoming adversity. He believes the greatest ability each person has is their availability and adaptability—showing up fully, mentally, physically, and emotionally, ready to adjust to the ever-changing seasons of life.
