Pogo is a county-wide movement with a goal: to make Pottawatomie County the healthiest in Oklahoma.

How we're going to do it (and why)

Working alongside 40 diverse partner organizations, Pogo actively works to shape a future where healthy living is effortless, and every resident can thrive.

All our initiatives seek to improve health & wellbeing in measurable ways, which we identify & track through an ongoing cycle of Community Health Needs Assessment followed by an improvement plan.
